Questions about a booking
The organization you book with sets its resources, booking rules and prices, and it decides on requests. For questions about a specific booking, contact them first. As a guest, you can cancel through “Manage booking” in your booking email, as far as the organization allows it.
Account and privacy
If you can’t get into your account, email us from the address you sign in with. How to delete your account and which data is deleted is described under Delete your account. How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy (German).
