No. Every request comes to you for approval. Only your confirmation makes the date final, and the calendar blocks it visibly for everyone.

Create projectors, stage, or seating as separate resources, bookable individually or together with the hall.

Dispoly supplies the numbers; you write the invoice as before. Set up an electricity meter in kWh and a water meter in m³. They are read at pickup and return, by you or by the renter through the link in their booking email. Dispoly shows the consumption per booking right away, and the Excel export lists it as the difference per meter.
