All data is stored in the EU, GDPR-compliant and encrypted. Sign-in, email and push delivery run through providers covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.

Through QR quick entry. For each vehicle, boat, or generator you print a sign with a QR code. After the callout whoever drove scans it, picks "Callout" as the reason, and enters the mileage or operating hours plus their name. If a booking is open right now, the sign offers its pickup or return first, and the callout goes in through "Without booking". The logbook shows the entry as "Without booking", the export as its own row. If you would rather add it later in the app, use "Entry without booking", which also takes an earlier date.
