Guest flat, common room, cargo bike. Booked by members themselves.
Dispoly gives every shared amenity a live calendar: members see the free dates, book by link, and the office stops maintaining an occupancy list.
No contract. No setup fees. Free 30-day trial.
Everyday life in the office
The guest flat is double-booked
Two members called on different days, both were told yes, and it surfaced on the day they arrived.
Requests arrive on every channel
Phone, a note in the letterbox, email, and the caretaker at the door. None of it sits in one place everyone can check.
Occupancy lives in a spreadsheet
One person maintains the list. While they are on holiday, nobody can say for certain whether the common room is free at the weekend.
The Solution
How cooperatives use Dispoly
One booking link for every member
The link goes in the member newsletter, the notice board, and your website. Members need no account, a name and email address is enough.
Approval only where it is needed
The laundry room can confirm itself, the guest flat goes through the office first. You decide that per amenity.
Collect the usage fee up front
Set a price per night or per booking for the guest flat and the party room. Payment happens at reservation instead of chasing it afterwards.
QR code in the stairwell
Put the QR code on the laundry room, the cargo bike, or the common room door. People scan it with their phone, no app and no account.
Several estates kept apart
Each estate is its own location. Members see what belongs to theirs, and the office sees every estate in one calendar.
The price does not track your member count
Booking systems often charge per user, which gets expensive fast with several hundred members. Anyone booking through the public link on Dispoly needs no account and does not count against your plan. You pay for the plan, not for every member.
From occupancy list to calendar, in one afternoon
No IT project and no training day. If you know which amenities exist, you are done in half an hour.
Add the amenities
Enter the guest flat, common room, laundry, party room, and cargo bike, each with a category and its estate as the location. Upload an existing list as CSV or Excel and categories and locations are created along the way.
Set the rules per amenity
The laundry room can confirm itself, the guest flat cannot. Per amenity you decide whether a booking takes effect immediately or needs the office to approve it, and whether a fee applies.
Get the link to the members
The booking link goes into the member newsletter and onto the website, the QR code into the notice board and the stairwell. From then on nobody rings the office to ask what is free.
Enter cleaning and blocked periods
The cleaning day after each stay goes in once as a recurring blocked period, renovations follow as single ones. After that nobody can book a slot when the flat is not actually ready.
A week at the cooperative
None of this needs an extra role. It only needs everyone looking at the same calendar. The difference usually shows in the second week, when the calls stop.
Monday, 09:20
A member wants the guest flat for their grandchildren in May. Instead of calling, they open the link, see the free nights, and book. The office approves before the post is sorted.
Tuesday, 16:40
The common room is requested for a birthday party. The usage fee is set and paid at booking. That used to be an invoice and two reminders.
Thursday, 11:00
The guest flat is being repainted. The week goes in as a blocked period and disappears from the options. Without the entry, somebody would have arrived that week.
Saturday, 14:00
The cargo bike is ready, the key is where it should be, and the office had nobody to call back on Friday. The booking had been in the shared calendar since Monday.
What comes up first on the board
Some of our members are over 80. They will not book anything online.
They do not have to. Whoever calls is entered by the office as before. The gain is that both routes land in the same calendar. The member on the phone and the member booking at 10pm can no longer take the flat from each other.
We already have property management software.
Keep it. It runs tenancies, accounting, and maintenance. None of that answers whether the guest flat is still free in May. Dispoly runs alongside it and takes on exactly that question, with no change to the system you already use.
Is it worth it for four amenities?
The better question is what those four cost today. One call, one follow-up, and one corrected spreadsheet row per booking adds up over a year. There is no hardware, no minimum term, and no contract. If nobody uses it after four weeks, you stop.
